Overlooking Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne this historic park has been a destination for Melbourne families for over 100 years. The most famous attraction is its Scenic Railway Roller Coaster, a large wooden coaster that projects its passengers, at high speed, around the outside of the entire Park. It boasts the title of being the oldest continually operating wooden roller coaster in the world and the only one of its kind with a standing brakeman in control aboard its carriages.

The image was taken with a tripod-mounted Phase One 645 Camera at ISO 35. Exposure of 1/15th of a second and at aperture F18. 80 mm Schneider Kreuznach wide angle lens with leaf shutter. The image was captured on a Phase One IQ180 80 megapixel digital back.
