London Bridge is a well-known natural rock formation on the Mornington Peninsula about 2km from Portsea, similar to the Twelve Apostles, this monolithic natural structure will take your breath away from lookout points along the Farnsworth Track. Portsea Back Beach is one of Victoria’s most famous surf beaches and has been regularly used for Australian Iron Man contests, its natural reef and rock formations are intricate and amazing viewing from the vantage point of the Farnsworth Track.

This image is one of a series commissioned from Atticus Webb by the Amber Property Group for the Geoff Brady Collection of unique Victorian landscapes in 2020. The collection was compiled to mark the opening of the Sebel Hotel in Ringwood in March 2021. The images feature throughout the hotel.

TECHNICAL NOTES

The image was taken with a tripod-mounted Phase One 645XF Camera at ISO 400. Exposure of 1/100th of a second and an aperture of F14. Phase One 45 mm lens with focal plane shutter.   The image was captured on a Phase One IQ3 100 megapixel digital back.
